Jessica Weber
President & CEO
Jessica Weber founded the firm in 1986 and oversees all projects. She has extensive experience in creating branding, marketing, and development strategies for highly effective design communications. Ms. Weber is a member of the board of the Society of Illustrators and serves on the advisory boards of the West Side Campaign Against Hunger, Aid for AIDS, the Fales Rare Book Library of New York University, and the Martina Arroyo Foundation. Ms. Weber is an adjunct teaching professor at Parsons School of Design, a faculty member of the Institute for Charitable Giving, a guest lecturer at Marywood University’s MFA design program, and is a former member of the faculty of the School of Visual Arts. She is Of Counsel to Jerold Panas, Linzy & Partners.
She previously served as Chairman of the Board of the Mercantile Library Center for Fiction and served on the boards of the Public Health Research Institute, Parsons School of Design, the Scholarship Fund of the Art Directors Club of New York, and the Presidents Advisory Council of New School University. Ms. Weber also served on the advisory board of the Medill School of Journalism’s Publication Program at Northwestern University in Evanston, IL.
She lectures frequently and has served on numerous juries for visual arts competitions. Ms. Weber is a member of the Century Association, ArtTable, Women in Development, the Art Directors Club of New York, the Society of Publication Designers, the Society of Illustrators, and is an alumna of both New York University and Parsons School of Design.
Tyler Bush
Creative Director
Tyler Bush has over 15 years of experience designing brand identity, marketing, and fundraising campaigns. As Creative Director, Tyler directs the design and production of all projects for the firm’s diverse clientele, including cultural, educational, medical, scientific, and religious institutions, and humanitarian and social justice organizations. Through strategy and visual storytelling, he actively collaborates with clients and our team to produce thoughtful and focused communications. He is a native of Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas, where his background in visual arts led him to pursue a career in graphic design. Tyler joined the firm after receiving his BFA in Communication Design from Parsons School of Design. He later earned a professional certificate in Website Design from the Fashion Institute of Technology. He frequently returns to lecture at both institutions and is often invited to serve as a judge and portfolio critic.
Dominick Santise
Senior Designer
Dominick Santise has collaborated with JWD since 2012. Also a graduate of Parsons School of Design, Dominick has spent his career building a diverse and engaging portfolio encompassing a wide array of industries. From print to web he has brought over 100 books to press, many from inception to delivery, he designs and produces digital marketing campaigns, and has taken his love of animation into new work in motion graphics projects. Dominick has worked for both leading international companies as well as boot-strapping start-ups, and enjoys the challenges each bring to the table. An advocate for environmental issues, he recently served on a community farm project whose goals were to provide organically grown produce to lower income families.
